Digital Program Pages - Adding New Program
There are six pages related to the digital programs: https://hawkeyesports.com/programs - a central page with links to the five below: Football: https://hawkeyesports.com/programs/fb Men's Basketball: https://hawkeyesports.com/programs/mbb-programs Women's Basketball: https://hawkeyesports.com/programs/programs-wbb Men's Wrestling: https://hawkeyesports.com/programs/mens-wrestling Women's Wrestling: https://hawkeyesports.com/programs/womens-wrestling Adding a New Program Link Go to the page to edit and tap the Edit link at the bottom of the page: On the Edit Page, tap the Content tab: Go to the Links Tree block for the current season: Scroll to the bottom of the Links Tree block and tap the Add Links button: A new link box will appear at the bottom of the list of links: Label is what appears on the link button. Format as Month, Day vs. Opponent Link is the URL to the program. Note: Due to the security measures in Outlook, make sure to click on the link in Outlook and then copy the actual URL from your browser to get a clean link: Target is set to New Window. The program is added, but this is not the last step. The most recent program should be at the top of the list for the ease of our users. To do this, click the up arrow next to the link box with the new program as many times as it takes to get it to the top. Be careful not to click the trash icon by mistake as it will delete the link box and it will not warn you before doing so. (This issue has been raised with WMT.) Once the new link reaches the top of the list, make sure to tap Update at the bottom of the page to save the changes.

App - In-Progress Event (StatBroadcast)
Adding the In-Progress Event block to the app for an upcoming event. You will need the StatBroadcast ID for the event. Finding the StatBroadcast ID and Link In the WMT Dashboard, select Mobile App > Screens in the sidebar menu, The Mobile Screens page opens. Click Edit under Home. The Edit Mobile Screen page opens: The In-Progress Event block is usually put at the top of the page so that a user on our app sees events taking place live. To add any content block, click the + icon on the right side of the content block you want to add a block above. A menu appears on the left side of the screen. Select Mobile, which then opens a long submenu of content blocks. Select the In-Progress Event block. An empty In-Progress Event block appears. Add the Statbroadcast ID: Set the Start and End date/time. The content block will appear on the app during this time range. As a rule of thumb, set the start time to the beginning of radio coverage, if there is coverage, else use the start time for the event. For the end time, I usually allot 2 hours + 15 minutes for most sports, then allowing for overtime. For football, I go with 4 hours + 15. Use your best judgement as it pertains to a particular sport. Clicking the calendar icon should open the larger date/time picker. Note: This seems to work best in Chrome. WMT is working to make sure it works in all browsers eventually. Select the Schedule Event: Start by typing the opponent name into the field to narrow down the choices. This should bring up a list of all upcoming Events with that team. Find the event you want and select it. Note: The date is displayed in DD/MM/YYYY format rather than MM/DD/YYYY format that the fields above display. Make sure you're selecting the right event since some teams may have a series of games against the same team. In this example, we are selecting the Women's Basketball game vs. Northwestern on January 28, 2025 at 7:00PM. Review the fields and once everything is correct, don't forget to hit the Update button at the bottom of the screen to save your changes. After an event completes, simply delete the block with the trash icon or change the fields for another event. There can be multiple In-Progress event blocks stacked on top of each other, scheduled for different times. Additionally, you can leave out the Starts and End times and show and hide the content block manually with the eye icon.

Link to the relevant page (game day page or tickets link usually). Add a 1x1 sized graphic that is formatted for the web. Don't forget the Alt Tag! If you need to reorder the items, use the up (and down) arrows on the side of each item. Be careful not to delete your item or you may have to add it back. Hit the Update button to apply your changes. Finally, open the App to make sure everything looks correct and the link works properly:

Clicking or tapping this button opens up a dialog window that shows list of sports schedules to allow a user to select and subscribe to the calendar for those sports: To add or edit this list requires logging into a separate system: WMT Calendar https://calendar.wmt.digital/dashboard/categories (The login information is in the HawkIT 1Password under WMT Calendar.) Once logged in, Under 'Categories', existing calendars can be edited, you can see how many subscribers each calendar has, and a new calendar can be created.
